  I use to go to use the vacuum but lately they have either been broken or have little to no suction. No one is providing the proper maintenance on them, trash is visible around the vacuum.

  They good at what they do the ladies in the head drama queen charmeka legorne has a very nasty rude personality you can't ask her nothing with out a rude remark or come back I know working with the community gets a bit under pressure but when your working with other folks personal information the way she dose I won't trust you here iam happy to file my taxes lol than #boom the devil talking all nasty acting all stank my mother was even disappointed by the way she was handling her self like she care less about her job or you I got a job there same day I start my baby got sick it was all over the news about the flu she so happens to get it with just my luck I had to stay at the hospital I get calls saying the place I sent them to do they taxes mind you my first time doing my taxes at liberty was talking about me calling off cause my baby in the hospital young black girls don't won't no money so I quit I'll never return to that location again everyone other than her was okay beside her side kicks that was laughing at me in the office with her I think the pressure of my child was sick in I just started the job would have mad me snap on her anyways cause it was not just a cold it was a flu a very bad one she still sick to this day in very upset by the way she slung my name around her job not knowing who knows me in know I just started but God do everything for a reason thanks taxes liberty you can't control what happened but you can control who you hire I will be at a diffrent location next year

  I've been using this specific branch for over 2 years. My current employer doesn't direct deposit, so I deposit my checks directly at the teller. Today was my first day dealing with a mishap, after I noticed that my last deposit was put into someone else's account. I came in, sat down with a rep and showed them my receipt. Within 20 minutes, the rep had opened a case for my missing deposit, photo-copied the receipt and my license, and had given me a letter with all of the information I needed regarding my case. Within 30 minutes of leaving the bank, the missing deposit was in my pending transactions! The tellers have always been friendly, and get me in and out as quickly as possible. Do try to ignore the low star reviews, as I've never encountered such issues myself or seen others in those situations. Give it a try and see for yourself. I hope my review may change a few minds.
